He is right Billy. Jobs are hard enough to get without having to answer a job app question, "have you ever been arrested"?? Plus its recorded and everything in Fl is public record, your neighbor can even check your ass out!! Life is hard enough, why sabotage yourself Billy?? You probobly know first hand what I saying. Plus, the cops stop you, they have it all right there. Cops here in Leesburg have the GD comptuers right in the cop car!!

His dad is in prison for the rape and murder of a child near that town. Unfortunately, that brings unwanted attention to this young man as well.
This poor guy has a lot on his shoulders.

All cops have laptops now, or should.

As for myself, clean as a whistle .. my point is that not everyone that has a small record, a single incident, can be painted the way SPCA wants to paint them. Cops are human and therefore make the same small mistakes in judgment ... happens all the time. Blatants get caught and rightfully so.

The offenses that were placed against Josh are fairly minor. The judge will probably adjudicate them down as long as Josh has not made a habit of driving while suspended or racking up drug convictions.

The Paraphinalia charge is likely to result in a fine, a short probation, at least one drug screen and attending an anti-drug school.

BECAUSE of his problems with losing his son, he would be more likely to get employment inspite of anything on his application.

Arrests of this nature are far too common and the kind of work that Josh may seek should not create too much of a burden when looking for one.
