Phony 911 calls result in two arrests

"SPRING HILL - Deputies raced with lights and sirens to catch an armed man attempting to break into a house on Monday.

Or so they thought.

Arriving deputies found their suspect standing in the driveway of 2287 Bishop Road and immediately took him into custody. A pat down of his pockets did not turn up a gun.

Their investigation turned to the caller, Anthony Fraccalvieri, who initially told dispatch that a stranger was banging on his sliding glass door and that there was a gun in his waistband. That story reportedly changed when Fraccalvieri spoke with deputies.

Further discussion revealed that Fraccalvieri and the "suspect," Colton McKinley, were childhood friends. On Monday, Colton had come to collect on a debt for speakers.

Fraccalvieri, 19, was arrested on a charge of placing a false 911 call.

Deputies were not through with McKinley, either. A search of his truck turned up a machete, a knife with a fold-out razor blade, rolling papers and a marijuana crusher, according to a report.

McKinley, 18, was charged with petit theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon."

So much for pot being harmless...lol. They also caught to drug dealers in Brooksville this week speeding along, smoking pot in the car.

The stoner told the deputy he used to work at Wnedy's but he got bored, selling drugs was a step up.

LOL....yes pot makes you real smart.

You should stick with subjects that you have personal knowledge in.

What does being in posession of these items have to do with it being harmless or not.

In the second story whether there were smoking pot or a Marlboro makes no difference. They were speeding.

You attribute two situations that have nothing to do with the fact that pot is basically harmless.

In California its legal. Just get a prescription and a state card and you can get all you want.

Colorado. Becoming legal. Many other states have decriminalized this naturally growing weed.

If you have no idea what you are talking about then STFU.

OMG. A teacher smoked pot? So did Obama. So did
Clinton. Most intellectual types have or do on a regular basis. You have no idea how many law abiding adults smoke pot regularly. People who go to work every day as teachers, executives, police officers, every walk of life. Wake up. Its the biggest cash crop in Kentucky and in California.
The feds are stopping efforts in states where it is already legalized or decriminalized. Face it, times have changed. Pot is not the evil drug "Refer Madness" hyped it up to be. Its safer than cigarettes health wise and won't kill you like alcohol. Be real. Pot comes from the GROUND like a tomato. Its not a drug. Its a P L A N T

I cant believe this, any product that causes impairment to an otherwise normal brain is not good in any way shape or form. Whats the big deal with getting drunk or high any ways? Most people that need this type of stimulation are doing it to relieve some other problem in their lives instead of addressing the problem and fixing it. I have no sympathy for any drunks or druggies, the world would be a much better place without these losers.Oh thats right, the state and government get to tax this stuff and make revenue, goes to show you, follow the money, right?

Its called a temporary escape. Problem is the temporary some times goes to the point of permanent. Alcoholism and drug addiction are terrible things. But, I feel, recreational use of some things is fine. No, not heroin, cocaine, meth, etc. Emm, maybe not even alcohol.

If temporary includes moderation I know you are right, but I agree with the assessment that long-term pot use is connected to chronic depression and lack of ambition.

I joke about alcohol, but never drink, smoke, or get high. That's ghetto.

I smoked pot back them too, but I don't remember how much, where, who I was with, or how I ended up unemployed, and with no assets at the age of 45. Bummer man. That really sucks!

It's the government's fault that I did some time in jail. They were picking on me cause I'm African American. Big conspiracy involving the wealthy pigs, keeping my people down.

I would lead a protest but I watch cartoons on TV everyday and get high. The gov't owes me big time.

Ah Denise, if you were in jail, how the hell did you got a job as a corrections officer and why are you still in the national guard???????? No wonder you can't do better in your life, you can't remember who your daddy was, your momma was Apegirl.

They should have stomped you and your people into the ground a hundred years ago and we wouldn't be having the problems that we have today. In Chicago, at one high school there are 800 females and 350 of them are pregnant, guess they never learned about condoms or birth control, more monkeys to roam the earth.

There goes that New Yawwk racist again.

Re: 350 pregnant females. They are just setting up
their life plan. Kids, welfare checks, free rent,
free medical, food stamps, free utilities, a free cell phone,(notice the free comes up a lot).

After all, the men of that particular society are useless for anything more than being sperm donors or
crack dealers, so this girls have to protect themselves and provide for the rest of their lives and their kids lives and their grand kids lives.

My Guard position provides 46-paid days off from my NYC position & a secondary pension. It also a characteristic that some can't understand, a love for one's nation.

Perhaps living in your mother's-basement apartment makes you incapable of recognizing accomplishments, but my weekends are in Hueys baby.

In the end I'll be collecting a 6-figure NYC pension with COLA, pension from the Guard with COLA, and social security. Not bad for a girl who likes to hammer snot noses into the walls.

Come applying for my next job someday, who do you think employers want? You'll be stepped over to get to my color.

Even though my fat wife dumped me for a younger man, I will not tolerate rudeness from my trailer. I used to litigate parking tickets from the bench. I was a professional. Maybe a queer professional, that's being a liberal.

People of your color come and clean my homes, they lay out my clothes and polish my cars. Wait till the government gets ahold of the tax money you will pay, and pay. Those that brag about big bucks usually don't have any. You need to feel important thats why your on a public forum telling people how rich you gonna be, just a attention getter, maybe if you took off your transgender skirt and acted like a man, people wouldn't talk about you behind your bad, hey, your daughter know you wear skirts and get down on your knees in the men's room. hahahahahahahahahahaha

After my 3 pensions my waterfront home is worth 700K, with only a note of 132k on it. My deferred compensation package alone is worth 400k cause I entered it in 1987. Selling back unused sick and vacation time with it all sits better than some freak who lived in a Florida trailer park.

I thought Paulie boy was napping with his son. I can see why Mrs Paulie flew the coop. She could try to do better with the brothers on the corner. She c an spend money on them like all the white girls coming y my neighborhood. seems like black boys are now a prize. One fool girl lent her new Mustang out to my kind. She lost her car and her honor to the gang.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Aries

Someone wants to go their own way today and they won't care whose feathers they ruffle in the process. It's a lunar eclipse at the Full Moon in Cancer, so let them get on with it. The last thing you should do now is to hang on to their coat-tails or do anything else that will make them feel restricted. Make it plain that you've got your own fish to fry, thank you very much. And try not to let it stop you enjoying yourself. Have a great night!
