All hyperbole aside, I've been there and talked with him before and he's been nothing but nice to me and my family. I'm very surprised at this and am actually concerned that there may be something wrong with him beyond his control because for nearly 5 years he's been a very friendly acquaintance of ours. He;s been a nice guy and this is really a shock.

i have been in this station one time, he is not a nice man, wouldnt get off his cell phone to wait on me..so rude

Same crap happening in Mounds View. The buy a station, run it down, treat customers rudely than wonder why they go belly up.

The security camera video should be posted on YouTube. I am sure it would be a hit.

There has got to be more to this story. I refuse to believe he snapped and started threatening people just because they asked to use the bathroom.

Wait a moment! I thought access to bathroom facilities had to be granted here in Minnesota. That was passed as law a couple of years ago, IIRC. Who would want to use a service station bathroom anyway, except someone who is having a potty emergency? Especially someone with a little kid.

Secondly, what's up with the refusal to sell a bottle of juice to the female? And what's up with keeping a pellet gun behind the counter? This quickie mart dude better do some thinking on that...you can't threaten anyone with a gun, even an airsoft. And it could prove a problem for him in the future, if he runs into a carry permit holder that in an adrenalized situation doesn't realize it's a pellet gun, fears great bodily harm, draws down and shoots him.
There's something wrong with the dude...from the sound of the names in the CCO report, they're not in tbe demographic of the 'usual suspects'. Maybe the stress of working in a quickie mart has finally gotten to this dude, but one things for sure...he needs help.

He's not of American Heritage. Did it say what race the family was...must have missed that. I guess he was exercising the right to refuse service as the owner? I've only been in there once, and he was decent to me. Odd!

its humorous how various BP operators are airing commercials begging us to let them continue serving us and then this fool does something totally stupid, if you cant see the negatives of this then i cant help you

I have been in that station many times and he has always been respectful to me. I am sorry to see this happen.
