Recycler offers new life for Dakota County residents' old shoes

It may have a new use. Beginning Monday, Apple Valley, Burnsville and Eagan will be collecting old shoes for Wipers Recycling, a Maplewood-based shredding company that finds new uses for common goods.

Let's see now...Republi-thugs hate the term Going Green, and Democrats embrace the new technologies and jobs that come from Going Green. Which political party will be better for our future?
