I always thought whatever he did was shady. He could never tell me what exactly he did. I was friends with them for many years and knew them before they were in that big house...back when they were in a two bedroom apt, I knew Kathy had really put the pressure on Eldon to get his income higher so they could get into a house. When they moved I noticed how they were very prejudiced when Sara had any boyfriend that was not white. Kathy lived in Fargo,ND when she met Eldon. She was just a single mom with just Sara on welfare, not making it very well, moving in and out of her parents house, always in a bad relationship or marriage. I noticed the years I knew them, the kids could never be wrong or responsible for any wrong doings. Even if a neighbor or two, or kids in the neighborhood thehy say the kids do something or admitted they were with the kids. It was always, "well, Sara says she didnt do it", so we have to believe her. Or Blake would never lie and believe me he was just as good as his Dad, better than Sara. I am worried about there futures. Both parents are at fault and Kathy knew about everything, but just looked the other way as long as she could have her lifestyle. She said right up until the time Eldon went to jail that he was being framed, he didnt do half of what they said he was doing. Sorry, no one believes anymore.I just hope the kids dont learn the value of honesty the hard way and dont continue with the family sickness of denial.

They got into the house after some college students had rented it adn trashed it. Originally, they didn't have the money to put down and had to rent it for a while. Way longer than Kathy liked. It was embarrassing for her, not many people knew that. They had an agreement to put down so much over a certain period of time and either pay for it or get their own mortgage. That was quite a struggle. She even had a period of suicidal tendencies, but she would never say why.
She would come out of it eventually and be running around looking like a million bucks again. I know that one thing had to do with Eldons job and the company he worked with, but she wouldnt go very far with explaining details. It was weird and you would just drop it. It was all too weird for me and felt it was all going to come down around her some day. I didnt think it would take this long. She will probably sweet talk herself into some other mans life and play the victim.

I should write a book and have the profits go to a fund to help pay back all the victims of both of them. Gotta get a little more inside information though. There is a lot I am not telling and I could for a good cause. Hmmmmm....

Blake is just as bad as Eldon. He's a liar a cheat and a POS. He will be just like Eldon. Sara is the same as well. It's the 2 younger kids you hope can survive the trauma he and Kathy caused. Kathy is a lost soul and has little clue of what goes on around her.

Why are you bringing the kids into any of this? How is Sarah a liar, a cheat and a POS? When was the last time you saw Blake, and how do you know exaclty what was going on in his life and what he has done? Most of you are to quick to judge those kids. Do you think if Kathy knew, that she would tell her kids, or if Eldon would tell his kids what he was doing? They were probably just as blind as the rest of us. For what those kids have been through, I think they have done very well for themselves. Yes they may have needed help at times, but have you always been so independent that you didn't need support from your friends or family? Are you a perfect angel? You have never done anything wrong, right? You have ALWAYS been financially stable. Oh, and I am sure that your kids are perfect as well. They have never drank, smoked, done any kind of drug, or snuck out? Right, not that you know of. If you are telling yourself that your kids never have done any of those things, well you got another thing coming. You should quit lying to yourself now. Think about it before you point fingers at the kids. No one person is perfect! You can point all you want at them, but remember, there are 3 fingers pointing back at you. None of what happened has anything to do with the kids and none of this is their fault. Let's just hope that they can see past this and find the right way to live if they have not already and leave them alone.

Blake a good kid....are you kidding. He has a my space page with pot on his desk. He was caught shooting windows out with his BB gun. Yes he's on the right path...just like hid dad he's on the path to prison. When will the Andersons realize that their father was a crook...he was a f&#@ing crook. Sara thinks WE JUST DONT UNDERSTAND..boo hoo. When you and your whole family stop taking from people thats when you get treated like a citizen. As for Kathy if she is that dumb she didn't know what was going on she needs to in a mental facility.
