Didn't the police officer that was comforting the victim ask her who did it? Or question her during the week after the assault? One little "who did this" could have solved this crime!

This is clearly a cut and dry case, Pass has been set up and wrongly accussed , Its sickening!!!!

He's been set up. The investigating detective gal suppressed evidence that will prove someone else was involved.

OK, if Pass was innocent, why didn't he call police after supposedly escaping after discovering SanRoman's body? What about the "crazy talk" of wanting to adopt SanRoman's 9 yr. old son. What 18 year old wants to adopt a 9 yr. old unless he is a pedophile? He was the one that was selling marijuana! So all of a sudden, he is a better role model than SanRoman? This kid got away with murder because he is from a wealthy family and Tina SanRoman was portayed as a white trash, dope smoking, single mother by the Defense. And the jurors bought it all hook, line and sinker!! And that's the bottom line. Let's see where Pass is 5 yrs. down the line.

And if he's innocent, why did he run instead of calling 911? If he cared so much for the little boy, why did he leave him there to find his mom dead? If you walked in on two people who had just been stabbed, would you take time to take off your sweatshirt and baseball cap and make yourself at home? He is guilty as sin.

I was on the jury, the deliberation was a mess, the deaf old fool we made foreman was an idiot,I was shouted down whenever I disagreed, anyway its a long story but I will say that I did not agree with the verdict but I agreed to the verdict.
