Sports bar and grill, a bigger water park that is indoor/out door & year round.

Good Entertainment at The Center! That space is being wasted. Why did they build it if they were not going to do anything with it?

Now, this is one I know for a fact is loosing venues simply because the area is dry. There is alot of interest but when they find out this is a dry area the deal is off! If this were a wet area you would see this place BOOM! Then there would be a need for more hotels.

Retail and food service jobs are a good start and would certainly improve our quality of living. We already have a healthy tourist economy and any additional service sector jobs would be a plus. That said, these types of jobs are usually on the lower end of the pay scale. What this area really needs is more jobs that require skilled labor -- primarily in manufacturing, health, education or the tech field.

However, the greatest deterrent to job creation in this area is the mindset that finds change in any form abhorrent. Until the community stops viewing outside investors/influences/ideas as a threat, this area will remain what it always has been -- a bastion of backwater cronyism and one of the poorest districts in the nation.

A strip club. Liquor stores. A floating casino, off track betting parlor

Maybe another mcdonalds burger king or Arby's. My ass isnt fat enough.
