Maybe the chiefs could get together and review whether or not "the war on drugs" does anything to reduce murder and other crime. Since those who have seriously studied the issue find it increases murder and other crime, maybe the chiefs like high crime rates (more pay to head a bigger department), or maybe they just don't know what they are talking about on the drug issue. either way, I'm not going to believe them on this.

If they release all the inmates they are talking about, we are in some Serious trouble. What are they thinking? Where will they live, where will they work? They would have to increase the Police depts? What the heck are they thinking?
