Former alter boy testifies in suit against church

A former alter boy suing a Vermont diocese over sexual abuse he says he suffered at the hands of a priest says he never reported it because he believed priests were the next thing to God.

Doesn't AP hire writers who know the English language? It is ALTAR, not alter.

altar -alter, there - their, you're - your etc, etc,etc the list goes on and on. I see it everywhere. People today cannot spell. They don't know how to properly use the English language. No wonder why they want to make it the second language. I guess it's easier to write in Spanish!!!
