It's about time! The bill of rights guarantees you free speech, NOT the freedom to hide your cowardly flaming of other people behind an IP address. There is absolutely nothing in the constitution which gives you a right to annonymity. If you are going to post something about someone, you should be held responsible for it, end of story. If you really believe that you have the right to say whatever you want (and maybe you do) then you have nothing to fear.

Topix has become a place where people damage others reputations, hurt feelings, insult, degrade and destory and then count on their annonymity.

You have a right to say what you want but you also have an obligation to be responsible for what you post!
