Haylee Donathan is still missing and endangered. She could not be placed on the Amber Alert list supposedly because she was with her custodial parent, her mother... Haylee Donathan is 4 years old and hasn’t been seen since May 28, 2009. First reports state the child is 3 but recent ones now state she is 4. The child is in the companionship of her mother, Candace Watson age 24, and Registered Sexual Offender Robbi Douglas Potter, age 27. Candace Watson allegedly met the sexual offender, while he was in jail for sexual battery of a minor. This man is a convicted Tier III sex offender, that escaped from a half-way house and has disappeared with Watson and her 4-year-old daughter. Crestline, Ohio police believe that Haylee’s life is in extreme danger and they are asking the public’s help in finding her.

Robbi Potter is not allowed to be around children and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. It is believed that Potter met Watson several days before the three left for a supposed camping trip in Delaware County, Ohio.
Police have finally gotten a a small lead, the license plate number from the vehicle they were in found on a Surveillance video from a Wal-Mart in Marion, Ohio... the link below shows pictures of the child, the adults the vehicle and the plate number...

Cyle Watson, the uncle of missing 3-year-old Haylee Donathan, was arrested Thursday, June 11, 2009, for helping convicted sex offender, Robbi Potter escape from a halfway house. Cyle Watson, 21, said he and Potter met at Belmont Correctional Institution, while Potter was serving three years for two counts of sexual battery on two children, ages 7 and 9. Watson was sentenced to three years in prison for the rape of a 12-year-old girl.

The day after Robbi Potter escaped from a halfway house, Haylee's uncle, Cyle Watson called Haylee's father, James Donathan who said Potter came to see him and thought Watson had sent him over. Donathan’s apartment building is located next to the halfway house. Donathan called Haylee’s mother to give Potter a ride. Donathan was arrested Thursday, June 11, 2009, accused of helping Potter escape from a halfway house.

Haylee Donathan's mother, Candace Watson is believed to have picked up Robbi Potter at the apartment of Haylee's father, James Donathan. Reports indicate she gave Potter a ride with Haylee in tow. The three were spotted on May 31, 2009 in Marion, Ohio at a Wal-Mart, and on June 2, 2009 in Stratton, Colorado at a Ampride gas station.

Nicole Kirkpatrick, the girlfriend of Haylee Donathan's father, James Donathan was arrested Thursday, June 11, 2009, for assisting convicted sex offender Robbi Potter escape from a halfway house.
