If you are a parent, just talk to some of the other senior parents about when they can meet, pick a place to meet and then put it in the CC news. The date and time and place. Have a meeting vote for the officers and jut start from there. That was the way we did it when my daughter was a senior.

Hello all Seniors of 2009 and parents, we have had our first meeting and it was well attended. We elected officers and got started on the fundraising. If you all know of any Senior that didn't attend the meeting please encourage them to come to the next one which will be July 17th @ 6:00 p.m. at the Middle School Library. It looks like we are going to have a good year. Let's Support our Seniors of 09. Vickie Albertson, President of Project Graduation

IT DOESNT MATTTER ABOUT PROJECT GRAD AS LONG AS YOUR PARRENTS ARE AHEAD OF IT YOU GET ALL THE MONEY. 2008 WAS RIGGED ITS A SHAME THAT SOME KIDS WALKED AWAY WITH JUST 25 DOLLARS! I THINK THE SCHOOL SHOULD BE IN CHARGE

My child was a part of project grad several years ago. I know that PARENT said that some kids only ended up with $25, and others ended up with a lot. The only problem I have with that is that when we did it only a few kids worked to earn the money and donations and the kids who did nothing to help ended up profiting as well. I don't know how it was done in 2008, but it is supposed to be more profitable to the ones who put out the effort to earn. That is only fair. I hope everyone can appreciate what a terrific project this is and people will not cause problems for them.

I THINK THE SCHOOL SHOULD BE IN CHARGE yes some kids only got 25 dollars but we had a system it went by the hrs they worked every senior had a chance to earn their hrs if they choose to they dont need to complain now.there was quit a few seniors working their hrs because they wanted to have a great time that night that is what they worked for.

it is best to do things like other schools the get t.v's and microwave for every student then have fun on grad nite for all the kids there is no more for one kid than another. each year there is a small handfull of the right kids getting everything while the others just get the shaft.

This is not true here in B-ville if it is still done the way it was a few years ago. Everyone is invited to help prepare and then receive the rewards. It is not fair for only a few students and parents to do all the work and the "lazy" ones receive as much as the ones who worked so hard.

It is impolite to say nasty things about any program that is so good, especially if the only reason is that your child did not work their hours and therefore did not receive as much as the ones who did.
