Prayers go out to the family. How aweful it is to lose your loved one so young.
South Dakota NEEDS to Enforce SEATBELT laws more. Daily I see so many people, ADULTS who do not strap their children in, small kids are standing in the cars, some have 2 or more young children in the front seat, not straped in.
The law is Strap your children in, TEACH them safety! Platte is terrible with this issue. Seems the cops here do not see any of this.
