how sad that his son put him away and let him die at home
these days totally unnessessary to allow family to die alone with stranges

It's not always possible to care for a person at home. I kept my father in my home as long as possible but his condition finally required 24-hour professional care.

I was very sad not to be there when he died but I had just left 20 minutes earlier. I hope he died knowing how much I love him.
