An eyewitness account by a young woman on CLTV the morning the shooting was reported saw one black man come out of the door with his hands up. Police rushed him and pushed him back into the room. At that point, no one was able to see what transpired.

of course it's always the police officers' fault.
the gang banger was turning his life around and was a good boy. a good boy with a semi-auto pistol with a 30 round magazine, a couple of warrants for his arrest, etc. etc. etc.....
