How your children feel on the subject is very important, as would be considered in any move. Alot of the kids here say that Palm Coast is a very boring place and that it is nothing more than a 'retiremen community', but in my opinion, it's a good place that's going through some changes.

I really like living in Palm Coast. One of the reasons I moved here is because there are many young families here, even in Grand Haven where I live

If your are planing on retiring this place is great. But if you need a real job Jacksonville and Orlando are hour away.

Palm Coast Data and Walmart is what you will find here.

As a fairly new resident of Flagler Beach, we are just a few miles south of Palm Coast. It is a lovely area that has grown tremendously in the last several years, but, the best is yet to come. There are lots of new projects in the works to make the palm coast area even better.

I am a Realtor with the areas largest firm. I can tell you that you will find some excellent housing
opportunities here! If I can help, please feel free to contact me. check out my website: www.louisefitzgerald.com

My husband is going to start work down in st Augustine and we want to move to palm coast. We heard it's a nice place to live. I'm currently working as a medical records specialist but now I'm trying to find a job in the field I work in and I'm having a hard time. Also we are looking to buy a house or rent. Does anybody have a suggestion where to search? Thanks!

I have two gorgeous ocean side lots for sale in River Oaks, near Cresent Beach. Only about 20 minutes from St. Augustine. MLS #'s are 450884 and 450883 listed with Weichert.

Palm Coast is 4 miles to beaches, parks, walkways, canal homes and more. Self EMployed is where its at these days. I employ 7-8 people; good people are hard to find. No one really wants to work hard.
Tons of social life here, vibrant churches, and Orlando and Jax only an hour away. How busy do you want to be ? Property is cheap here now. There is PLENTY of work if you look like you really want to work; if you want a hand out - dont bother coming here. If you are an entrepreneur or a worker with skills / energy to figure things out - you will be fine and its a good lifestyle. My kids love it, they have plenty of friends - we are deeply involved with our Church and friends from there, and the waters warm !
Enjoy and best of luck

Palm Coast is a very good place to raise a family.
The weather is great - little cool in January but
mostly warm/hot.

I'm a realtor and would like to help you

I just moved to Palm Coast in April. I love it, yes, lot's of older people, and not much to do, but no less that 5 high quality golf courses, European Village is right up the road, and no more than 15 minutes to the beach. I think it's a fantastic area!

Nothing here, but Wal Mart and Palm Coast Data, and a newspaper that hides all the crime that people bring here from NYC and New Jersey.

Wow Anonymous....you really have it out for NYC and New Jersey folks. What's your problem anyway?
Seems like you put these people down every chance you get. What gives?
