arby's service!we need your opinion

My child recently put in a app there and a heavy set lady threw it away, & everytime i go in there its only one person working, its a sorry excuse for a buisness... Ill gladly give the boss my name and number, it should be a better facility

In the first place, they are too high on their prices for a fast food place, second...the staff is very unfriendly.

I think the only people who work there are Goins'

I hate the workers and customer service so much I refuse to go there. It's the worst restaurant in Rogersville IMO.

They all talk about people, dont do their jobs, and that one guy eats while they work! Its horrible!i hate going in it take twenty mins! Worse in town

You can call the 800 number and they will get them on the ball. I e-mailed Arby's main office and the next day the manager called me and gave me a free meal. They have never been slow or rude to me again.

I know. that place needs to be shut down.!! And you're right, all that works there is Family. The Goins'. They are soooo rude. I went thru drive thru, and she shut the window in my face. then when she returned she had the whole crew starring at me.I don't know the girls' name that works there, but I know she is kin to the Goins'. She has long hair, and keeps it "sloppy" pulled up. She thinks she is all that & a pack of gum I guess. Lol.. Anyway, I vowed i would never go in there again. My husband went & ordered roast beef, and they told him, they didn't have any ready, that he would have to wait 20 minutes. Are you kiddin' me?? Nope, we will not be goin back there again. Maybe time to take our business to the Kingsport store.

Well, I'll be honest. I have never ate there before, but I can say that the picture's sure look delious.

I'm going to take a picture inside and ask them to fix me one that lookes just like they advertise.

Don't you hate it when you order a hambuger or something that makes your mounth water just by looking at the add? But then you get it and looks like something off the $1 menue.

I have had the opposite to everything that is being posted here. I have had nothing but excellent service each and every time I have been there. Yes sometimes they are a tad slow (but have you been to McDonalds lately) and when they are slow they have always aopologized and been very professional. The young man with the tattoos has waited on my several times thru the drive thru and I have never had a problem. I often wonder if maybe people go during the busiest times and expect 5 minute service. Just my opinion of course.

I ordered a couple of roast beef sandwiches and I received what looked like two bologna sandwiches. Not to mention they didn't have any cheese or sauce on them. WTF? You guys SUCK up there at Arby's.

The TV ad for the Reuben sandwich on a toasty bun was steamed to the point of being doughy. Yuk! I had parked to eat in their lot. It wasn't like I had driven home and it just got that way.

Ppl there suck! All the girls are hos, and screw the boss!! That tattoo girl moved up fast, and the tattoo guy is one of the bigest hos.his poor wife

havent ate at that place in years due to those silly prices for fast food and the fact they do not fix it well the fires are always old..the buns hard...and some fat chick who was one of the managers wife came in no shoes had been in the nasty lake swimming all day grabbed the business phone started talking real loud so we could all hear her conversation..and the dinning area was nasty ..I told the head manager i will not be back and why...obviously it did no good to complain

I just visited their website and gave my remarks. I told them I would go to Arby's in other cities, but not Rogersville.

they need to get the family thats there now out. i do believe they are all related up there. and stop doin drug deals in the parking lot. thats right i have seen whats goin on in that place.

oh they will get caught the bottom line is money with these kinds of places and to see this many negative post and the parking lot staying empty they will get the axe soon...its a shame because I like Arbys but they will have to do something nation wide about the prices when people can go to subway for roast beef much cheaper..even pals is cheaper..so they have to be hurting

& the only one there rude is chris, he gets mad about all things, even over change! i liked them all, and we all where family, and the boss treated us bad, fussed over everything, and accused a girl we called big booty a stealer, its a hard place to work. & no one helps, you are at it alone, i have never been so mis treated

I can onky speak for the window operater, each and everyone that's waited and serve me was so sweet and VERY polite. I only ordered a senior coffee and yesterday my son teased me for the longest because the window worker being so nice, calling me honey, sweety, and sweet heart. That's how you're supose to be treated. Respect, kindness and making the customers feel like a old friend other than being hateful.

It's just all around awful. I have went before and tried to go through the drive thru and couldn't even get anyone to take my order when I pulled up to the speaker...so I pulled around to the window...no luck there either. All the employees were outside in the parking lot with some shady looking people leaning up against a beat up old car.
