I hope she gets every penny of it. Maybe the "good ole boys" will learn a lesson... they didn't win a Homecoming race, they won a political race... which requires RESPONSIBILLITY!

That is horrible. According to the lawsuit, the death could have been prevented if the sewage had been properly treated to reduce the fumes. This needs to go to court so the truth will come out. My sympathy to the families of those two men, I cannot imagine the pain of knowing a loved one died that way - and needlessly.
