ALL the above build fine homes and add their own unique style to their respective developments. Folks come from all over the world in search of a nice home in AZ. Many builders in GV and surrounding communities offer excellent choices for those relocating or buying up. Trying to pit one builder against the other is a fools game but a game I believe your very familiar with. But what it really comes down to is personal choice and preference that's why it's called a Market of Real Estate. Some people prefer a Mercedes and others a BMW , some folks prefer a Honda and yet others a Nissan. Pravada will be an outstanding GV community with something to offer all demographics , young & old , retired or working , active or non active. The jobs created will be significant and community contributions as well will be many.
I really don't know why I even responded , we all know the real reason you poke your head in hear day after day with the same old tired routine but It's the only the Internet and even irritable dreary manic personalities such as yourself are free to participate. Gotta love the nets!

When I go to Mohave I looked at all of these houses and all are great. I looked at Pravada houses and they are the best for me and the family. I like the larger model with an extra room attached. Perfect kitchen and plenty of room. The backyard is just right for no much maintenance and upkeep. Barbacue we like to do all the time and a nice outdoor table and chairs. Great place and on our list of house buying just like the other house builders on the list.
We like to talk to others there sometime and we come back in a few days ok? Thank you for the time and it was very fun.

Our FA's don't have families with kids - they're away to much. Lots of companions in different cities. After traveling around the world I don't think that they could bring themselves to even drive near GV, let alone live there. A condo in the city with no kids or pets is the norm. Nice try, though. Maybe you can sell one of your "to be built at a later date in the future" houses to someone in your country, or are they not interested?

US Stocks Climb, Led By Materials, Energy; DJIA Up 90

NEW YORK (MarketWatch)-- U.S. stocks opened higher Monday, led by the materials and energy sectors as commodities prices rose and the dollar fell, reflecting a move back into some of the riskier areas of the market that have lagged in recent weeks.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average was recently up 91 points, or 0.9%, to 10112. It was led by General Electric, which climbed 3.2%. The conglomerate and Comcast Corp. have settled on how to value NBC Universal, clearing a key obstacle to giving Comcast control of GE's television and movie company, The Wall Street Journal said, citing people familiar with the matter. Caterpillar, Intel and Alcoa also climbed more than 2%.

Monday's gains come as the stock market attempts to recover from a weak and volatile past few weeks as investors began shying away from risk after they had flocked toward it for much of the rally since March.

"We now see a lot more people and traders more skeptical of the market, which is a plus," as it means there's plenty of money left to come in to the market and send it higher, said Steven Goldman, market strategist at Weeden & Co.

Goldman added that with some of the market's declines in recent weeks "having cleaned out the excesses," he now expects investors to be more selective in choosing which stocks to buy. "We're likely to see that the lower-quality stocks are no longer the leaders, as we're getting into a little more defensive market."

Still, Monday's action saw some of the areas that are considered riskier leading the gains. The Standard & Poor's 500 increased 1%, led by its materials and energy sectors as metals and oil futures climbed.

In addition, the technology-heavy Nasdaq Composite rose 1.2%, and the Russell 2000 index of small-capitalization stocks jumped 1.4%. Both of those measures have lagged in recent weeks, as their components are widely considered riskier.

The dollar, which investors send higher when they are looking for safety, was lower against both the euro and the yen Monday. However, 10-year Treasury notes were 3/32 higher, to yield 3.491%.

Among stocks in focus Monday, RadioShack jumped 13.3% after it said it will carry Apple Inc.'s iPhone at a limited number of stores later this month, and stores nationwide will carry the phones beginning in 2010.

Wynn Resorts climbed 5.5% after unveiling a special dividend of $4 a share and saying it plans to pay a quarterly dividend starting next year.

Home prices dropped again the third quarter of 2009. I don't think the rich getting richer in the stock market is much help to the average homeowner and certainly won't save Pravada.
