As far as Cody...He will get what his choices render....He will get his just due. Regardless of the who what when or why...No one in here has a right to past judgments...SWEEP AROUND YOUR OWN FRONT DOOR......It take all kinds of people to make the world around....SOME ARE VERY TRANSPARENT & others where colors that are blinding....

this guy needs to be held accountable for what he did if proven guilty I hope he gets the maxmium that the law allows with felony on his record to follow him from now on.

The only justice so far has been for the convicted child molester, Randel, to be in a coma. His felony conviction has followed him from Utah to Atlanta. Ha Ha Ha

Knowing the interset in this case as I do from a legal point and also in respect of a recent conviction of libel on a USA web site. It will be interesting to see if the man n a coma decides to take legal action action firstly this site for publishing libel and secondly against you for writing it.

He is not a child molester, he was found guilty of another charge completely.

Again I reiterate I woul dhave given him 10 -15 years for what he was found guilty off (consensual but illegal sex with a 17 year old) had he been a child molester I would have given the death penalty.

Any court date yet?

Those charges were proven unfounded.

Yes and I was the first to put on the actual offence. see below

It was not child molestation, on further investigation at my own cost I found out it was consensual BUT ILLEGAL sexual conduct with a 17 year old.

Again I cannot emphasise enough that his offence deserved in my opinion 10 - 15 years whereas in my view child molestation deserves the death penalty.

So Detective unless you know another case not yet in the public domain I think you are wrong.
