Good work Rabbi!! Nettie will be back and Patti has accepted a lower position in order to keep A JOB!!! You know I will stand behind you in what ever you venture to do. I am SO,SO proud of you and your friends for standing up for what you believe in! Your voice can and always will be heard as long as you believe in what you are doing and it is the RIGHT thing to do!!!! I know there are still some harsh feelings between Patti and the students, however students,you have won and it is time to let things that happened in the past be forgiven. SMSD has always placed the students heavily on favoritism, period. The same went for this year's reunion. This school has gone nowhere for yers.

I'll bet it was a very "quiet" protest don't ya think??

annie was a play the kids acted out at school --SMSD and for Devin with Nettie being back the sun is really shinning for him
I am Devins stepmother but he has been with us his whole life and he has struggled with math up until Nettie. Nettie completely changed Devin and not just grades but in his confidence level too. this protest was so good for the kids. I am proud of ALL of them for standing up ffor the best teacher there.
Nettie does not suger coat or gloss over the kids abilities. we have heard so much crap about disabilities with are kids that finally hearing from a teacher from that school that our child has ABILITIES is a welcome change!!
