Doesn't this area already have a glut of office space?
Giving out free money to move around inside nys isn't a good use of tax payer dollars.

Follow up in five years and see if that tenant is still there or hasn't packed up and left for another giveaway offered by some other locale.

If you go to the town office & ask for a tax break,
You have just givin them a days laugh.
They will escort you out the door , laughing all the way.

There have been way too many tax breaks for businesses that do not legitimately deserve them. I would call it corruption because it has all the elements of giving money to people who are not entitled to it. I'm going to move down the street and don't want to pay taxes when I get there - ever wonder WHY there is so much existing office space? Yep, my exemption expired so I have to build a new office park, move there and not pay taxes. Ever wonder who fills in the blanks when the town needs tax dollars?

Well HELLO GUMP,

I heard your grandson has been encouraging other kids to punch you in the face.
You had better stop putting your crooked boney fingers down that lad's pants.

You are a filthy old coot.

There's a story on the net about how some states are letting companies keep state income taxes deducted from workers’ paychecks and they don't even have to tell workers.

Now, if everyone had our uncanny intellect and ability to see through the smoke screens we would also have the good sense to force referendums to mandate prison terms for elected officials and government employees abusing the public trust. Of course that is a two-edged sword because our taxes would increase due to most of the government being incarcerated.
