Where do tbird19482 and GUMPnf get off posting names and addresses of people who've probably never even heard of topix?

Is there no oversight on topix?

If I were you, I'd be very concerned that someone may decide to contact her and inform her as to what you two have been up to. I'd also be concerned that some cyber psycho may end up physically harming and/or killing her, as you and GUMPnf could be held partially liable, both criminally and civilly.

For YOUR info Gump is about the 100th person on here that has posted where Bee lived, Bee has even told people that she lived near me and next door to a bar.
You can't say I posted her name because I have never posted her last name.
You really should read up on just what was said and who said it.
And remember there are a lot of people out here that have used the name Tbird, and Tbird19482.

YES, YOU DID! Are you really that thick? Maybe you were drunk the night you posted her name, but enough people were online to witness it before you got topix to delete it. Not to mention, I believe Bee said he took a screen shot of it just in case Sandy ever decides to pursue legal action against you.

I was here to witness it and it was the registered tbird19482. That's you, isn't it? Do you share your account info(email and password) with strangers? You posted both married and maiden last names and asked her which one she was going by these days and told her you wouldn't blame her if she was using her married name,(even though she's divorced,) because her father is a POS (paraphrased).

There's a big difference between Wally and Sandy when it comes to legal action.

Wally is a member of this forum and has given his own identity up. Being a topix "character," Wally is essentially a public figure and, therefore, open to the abuse he brings onto himself.

Sandy is NOT a member of this forum and WALLY also gave up her identity. Wally and GUMP's slandering of Sandy's good name in a public forum, where she's not able to defend herself because she's not even aware of what's going on in the first place, is unacceptable.

Wally and GUMP should be ashamed of themselves!

I watched it all. You're dead on, ATTY. I was very worried about poor Sandy getting defamed and not even knowing what was going on. Now that Gump is threatening to go to her house, I'm even more concerned. Everyone has warned them Bee was a troll and not this poor unsuspecting woman. But they won't listen.
Can you intervene and call the authorities and warn her? Especially before Gump shows up! He clearly threatened to do it. Gave a date and time too. Is this under some sort of stalker statute? They are practically waiting to ambush this unsuspecting woman!!!!

I'll see what I can do about getting heavy patrol in that section of town on Wednesday.
