To all with negative comments about Matthew, please just stop. Your comments about the fact that what he did was wrong or againt the law, etc. can never change the fact that he is gone now. Good, bad, right or wrong, that beautiful boy is gone and those who knew and loved him, are grieving. If you have a heart, please stop writing negative comments and statements regarding what he should or could have done, or what he did or didn't do. Let him rest in peace and let those who loved him, use this site to remember him and share their thoughts with those who truly care.
other people have said it before, and I agree: this site is not a memorial site. This site is for us to comment on the news.
I believe the Buffalo News has a nice site where you can write your thoughts and prayers on.
and a couple of people commenting here were trying to point out the dangers of teen drinking, trying to help, but I see they got flamed.
Dumb Redneck? No, dumb Buffalonians, just want to hang on to their sixpack reputation and don't see the real heartbreak in this story.

The low level of intelligence on this site is amazing. Remember those who live in glass houses shouldn't cast stones.

I don't see where anyone advocated teen drinking on this board. I believe that people were upset because some people missed the big picture and that was that an 18 yr old died. We don't even know if drinking was a factor. The news reported alcohol "may" have been a factor. I do not condone under age drinking or drinking in excess by anyone of any age but we as people should show compassion to others.

Like I stated right after he died: Drunk or sober, doing handstands on a bridge railing is pure STUPIDITY

Oh that's right just because someone writes something on this post it must be true. How do you know it was his friends? Were you there to see him do handstands? Did you know that he suffered a separated shoulder less than 3 days prior to that. To me it would make it very difficult to do any handstands. You people are so gullible. It's makes me laugh. Someone could write anything and you people would believe it. Oh yeah I think I will use capitalization to make my point. YOU PEOPLE ARE GULLIBLE. Wow I feel smarter already. Get a life.

everyone on this site acts like immature little kids...well people are here to discuss one of two topics; they either want to console his family or they want to discuss the news...so why don't people do just that and leave the rest of it for the soap operas...RIP matt...u were the best! <3

Dont you all know this is probably the same person who said the same exact thing about the little boy who accidently drowned in his pool over the summer. How original.

I feel bad for this young man's family. RIP.

honestly, i feel bad for so many people who wrote on this. if you're honestly heartless enough to make a joke out of the death of an 18 year old, i pity you. sure, he was drinking. if that makes him deserve to die, that makes millions of underage kids everywhere deserve to die. it's a mistake that people make every day, not a death wish. i think that rather than make a joke of this death, people should learn from it, and have a little heart towards those who truly are hurt by matts death. rip buddy

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Scorpio

Today's Lunar Eclipse at the Full Moon stirs up powerful emotions during the next two weeks (as it has done since the Gemini Solar Eclipse last month), and it may not be a very pleasant experience. Are you feeling rather compulsive and obsessive? Financial issues could be a problem,, especially if they appear to threaten your sense of emotional security. Don't let jealousy or envy make you do things that will set other people against you.
