If he was that much of a threatb to scoiety at 15, think of what a threat he is today with all those years of prison behind him. Lets keep society, women and children safe, sexual perps do not belong in our world.

Why in the world should this man be let out? What is wrong with the judicial system? Good has become bad and bad has become good!!! Tell ya what, how about letting the judge take him home to live and babysit his children or grandchildren. (being sarcastic).

It is about time the justice system did something right. This kind of garbadge doesnt belong on the street where it can hunt for its next victim. THere is a push to have animals spayed or neutered. Has this animal been neutered?

We ought to institute flogging for these pieces of sh*t who rape, molest, hurt and kill people. The thought of this monster living a relatively good life behind bars, compared to the agony of what his victim felt, and his victim's family feels now, makes me sick. He should be flogged and tossed into a hole forever. Crap like him can never be allowed back amoungst decent people. EVER !!!

DNA proved it was him, and he admitted it. He "had the urge." I am sure his family would love to see him. They are as messed up as he is!

What ever happend to the concept of rehabilitation? Do we just throw kids away who make serious mistakes in life? Even if its murder? Do any of you people who want to condemn this kid to life in prison know that at the time of his arrest he had an IQ of 72 and had serious development and learning disabilities? While I do not justify what happened to Ms. Brown, I will say that most of you people making these negative comments are bias when you are not aware of a lot of mitigating facts that will be released hopefully soon. Again, while the crime was horrible, we do live in a system of the "rule of law," but what happens when that "system" fails this kid and continues to fail him when society wont even give him a chance at meaningful rehabilitation? I know of a triple murderer who was paroled -- is Kindt's case that horrible that the same public out cry isn't being directed at the Parole Board when they released this man who took the lives of three people! Instead, you pick an easy target maybe becasue he is a Native American? Have any of you actually read the police reports on the case? Before you accuse him of a brutal rape, I think people need to educate themselves and look at those reports and maybe people wont get so caught up in the media hype of the case, and condemn someone to prison for the rest of his life! Is this the America we want? I hope not!

He was not rehabilitated the FIRST timje he was in for rape, gotout and did it again...this time he murdered his victim!!! He will rape again if he gets out.

This isn't media hype. We live here and know the facts...even some facts that were kept from the public and media.

Is this the America we want? I hope not! Actually, people who live here in Salamanca have all the facts and have read the court papers AND his confesson about his urges. This has nothin to do with him being a native american...it has everything to do with him being a rapiost/murderer/animal/predat or..... You aren't from here and obviously are not well informed.

Unfortunately for you, I am extremely well informed on the case, especially since I have every court and plice document. I not trying to pick a fight with you, I understand that this is a very tragic crime, but this is also America, so what happened to rehabilitation? You point out that I'm not from Salamanca, but you don't address the other points of my opinion? Rehabilitation? What makes his crime more brutal than the triple murderer that the parole board released? Do you have a response, or are you just full of B.S.? And you like talk about issues when you have no idea what is really happening?
