This story is appalling to me. I hope there will be a complete and thorough investigation of this story. I, along with many others who I have discussed this with, believe that it is physically impossible for a dog of any kind to do this to a child without being assisted. I hope all of the family members are questioned and that this poor child recovers and remain safe within his home.

Is the public that nieve how you could think a child would sit there without a diaper and let this dog do this is amazing. I think there is alittle more to the story than we know....

I completely agree with you Marie. I also think that it is physically impossible for a dog to be able to do something like that on its own. Dogs dont have that kind of knowledge to know how to do something like that to a person, absolutely not. Theres definitely something more to the story that must involve humans.

did the child not have his pants on? How did the dog take his pants off? The dog was part of the family since he was a puppy. Dogs don't do this to a family member. Pits may turn and attack a child, but by biting and mauling.
yeah marie, there is something not quite right here.
however, if it is shown that someone orchestrated this, the child should be removed from the home, as he is not safe there.

Except for an evaluation for rabies, why on earth wouldn't this dog be euthanized IMMEDIATELY? Who is spending money to have the dog ANALYZED? Why spend money to have the dog analyzed? Who cares why the dog did this, we need to make sure he'd never be able to do it again!

We are so concerned about animals - we seem to forget about the people. I love my dog, but I would NEVER put my dog before my children (or let anyone else do it!).

I hope this is not some sort of sick lie, and a friend or family member did something to this child and the poor dog is going to get killed because of it. Come on, I have had dogs all my life and have never seen a dog come close to doing something so real as this! There is more to this story than we know!!!!!!!!!!

Dawn,
Nobody is putting the dog before the child. we need to know why the dog did this. this is not natural--we need to know if a human staged this. Did someone in the family teach the dog to do this?
I'm sure the child will be "analyzed" as well.
This is an unnatural and heinous thing. We need to get to the bottom of this. If the dog did this without any help (and I seriously doubt it), the dog should put down so it doesn't do it to another child. But it should be put down anyway. Now that it has learned to do this, can it "unlearn" it?
And if the dog was taught to do this, we need to know by whom. And that person needs to be punished as a sex offender. f*cking pervert.

It is a terrible thing that happened to the little boy, but a dog CANNOT consciously commit sodomy. It is a dog. Something does not seem right about this story. The dog should not be put to sleep. I hate to suggest it, but maybe the family should be investigated. Something just does not seem right with this story. The dog was probably curious about the child, just like he would be curious about other things that dogs are curious about. Which is everything. Just because it is a pit bull does not mean anything. Any dog would be curious. I cannot fathom people believing a dog would purposely commit sodomy. Wake up people.

I'm in shock - was unable to voice my opinion - could only think that that can't be possible. Fortunately, I read the previous comments to confirm what my thoughts were. Please tell me that that poor child won't be returned to that family!!!

Dogs do tend to hump things, However not little children, Maybe other animals or a persons leg But no child. If there was a daiper on how could the dog have penatrated? And it doesnt matter what kind of dog it is,or if it did it because a human trained it. either way it needs to be euthanized. It really needs to be euthanized if it was trained because it would just try to do it again. I hope the police investigate this with nomatter how long that may take. And something NEEDS to be done. If nothing more comes out of this i hope that this child recovers and goes on to do wonderful things! God Bless this child.

I agree with all of the comments of those who feel that a family member or maybe a friend of that family did something to do that poor baby and they are trying to cover it up with the lie that the dog did it. I really hope for that mother's sake that she is not responsible. If she is responsible, she needs to have that baby and any other children she may have, taken away from her and never get them back.

I also hope that just like the news reported this tragedy they make sure they report the finally outcome and truth of really happened when it becomes clear and accurate.

I don't know if this family thinks that we are complete idots but how in the h*** could a dog hold a child down spread the childs legs to where the butt is exposed sodomize the child without biting the child up and then walk away. Where was the d*** parents when all of this was going on? Stop leaving your kids unattended and stop protecting whom ever did this for real and think about the child let there be justice. I hope the dog don't have to pay for a humans sick action on a child but if the dog does then whom ever did this will get what is coming to them in the end as well as the parent(s).

I agree with everyone with some sense that agrees that a dog physcially could not have had anal sex with this child. Instead of wasting time on the dog, I sure hope someone is investigating why this dumb ASS mother is protecting whoever hurt her child.

I dont think that any one trained that crazy dog to sodomize that baby.. It was an adult and when the truth comes out, that momma should never get that baby back.. Even if the dog did do it, she still dont need that baby!!!!

Daily Horoscope for December 27

Scorpio

If you haven't seen certain people during the past few days, how about inviting them over for a drink or a meal? You're feeling sociable and will enjoy doing some light entertaining although you'll draw the line at anything too strenuous. It's a lovely day for being in familiar surroundings with some familiar faces, even if all you do is flop on the sofa.
