Lindsay would have the least senority since she has only been at the station a little over 2 yrs. MB was on her 2nd stint at the station and Victoria came back and is on her 2nd stint after leaving Ch. 2.
I hope they don't hire that John Stalin guy they have had fill in recently. He seriously sucks doing the weather and tries to play it up like it's a joke. |

While Lindsay is good, Mary Beth was great, coming along wonderfully as an ace weather reporter during the time she was at WIVB. But, since Linday had been there a shorter time than Mary Beth, she was probably making a little less money, so the slightly higher paid person was let go. If that's the case, why do they have a new person, the new male,(haven't caught his name) doing weather? Seems pretty silly to me.

I wish WGRZ would get rid of Maria Genero, I am getting tired of her animations. She must know someone up there. Send her to Channel 4, I don't watch that news either

I think Maria shows that anyone can do the weather here. She's just as good as the six figure weathermen such as O'connell and Don Paul. Why pay these guys that much just to know which way the wind blows? WIVB Wakeup is primarily a weather channel in the morning and a rehash of 11 o'clock reports. Weathermen...overpaid and overexposed.!

I loved MaryBeth she is not only a wonderful weather forecaster, but she is multitalented. She sings and speaks (Polish - I think). Lindsay is ugly! |

Mary Beth was good in both Rochester and in Buffalo. Regardless of who was on the air or writing the scripts, her forcasts seemed to be the most accurate. Maybe it was her training at SUNY Brockport that helped make her as good as she was. But Lindsay is just plain homely and that voice reminds me of fingernails on a chalk board. She rarely gets the weather right and her so called computer skills could be replaced by my 4th grade niece and be better. It must be a case of a piece of paprer got her the job because nothing else she has is worthwhile. Hey channel 4 get something worth looking at and listening to.

I can't believe they replaced Mary Beth with Lindsay. There is no comparison. Mary Beth was truly a professional when it came to the weather. Lindsay lacks a LOT ! As for Mylous Hairston, they can fire him anytime, the sooner the better, I can't stand him! Who ever gave him lessons in public speaking should be fired also. Get rid of the guy, he is totally annoying to listen to. Please teach him which words should be important in the newscast.
