For goodness sake NO this is not the same Tim Richerson (Florida)!!!

He is a well respected, educated and perfect gentlemen.

Obviously there are others in the world with this same name, the unfortunate thing about the internet is that this type of confusion could occur.

The guy i know in Florida if the same---(great person). I hope this confusion hasn't created any consternation for him.

Ask a lawyer...a prosecutor OR a defense attorney... innocent people are put in jail every day. Some are there for years and years; some never get out; some are lucky enough for new evidence to be not only found but presented. Our legal system needs much improvement. Likely that is because we are all only human. We have our own prejudices, agendas, etc. even if we aren't aware of it or won't admit it. Hence back to the Bible's warning for us not to judge others. Unfortunatley we cannot have a civilized society without some form of punishment even though it is often unjust.
