I-65 crash injures six

A crash on I-65 injures 6 people near mile marker 185, south of Brookston. The Monticello Fire Department said one person was life-lined by a helicopter to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

I am amazed this is not a daily event. Speeds around Lafayette on I65 are the highest I have experienced anywhere. I drive 70 and am passed by people travelling 85-100 mph all the time. Police?? common sense??

My son was the driver and he was driving the speed limit. It was a passenger van and with the winds when he over corrected the van began to flip. The way the highway is set up the vehicles are pushed from side to side from the winds. I thank God all the boys are ok and my son is recooperating little by little.
