They should make those lids on the dumpsters locking and only able to open when the trucks come. Have a fairly large slit in them for junk, but not big enough for a body. Like a huge ballot box. That would also curtail people from using the dumpsters to dump their really larg items that they should be paying extra for pickup for or to take to the landfills themselves.

No double standard at all. YOU hang on to the double standard. This young girl didn't deserve this at all!!!!! BUT her choices contributed to this situation. The world can be extremely cruel. This guy is a dirt bag
Ok, it's true her choices contributed to the situation. I'm in agreement with that. But, what motivated her choices? That could be where the internalized sexism comes in; why do women make such poor choices? Because they undervalue themselves? Ah, that will always remain the question.

But, we DO agree that she didn't deserve this - no one should be so badly treated, especially by someone who claimed to love them.

So many stories like this one; each one a remarkable lesson, or set of lessons.

Thanks for engaging in a dialog about it all.

Why is it that women always want to blame sexism or their perceived idea of it on some tragedy? Ms Fiore died at the hands of a sociopath whom she married after knowing for 2 weeks so I think the real question here is why did she marry him and that comes back to her life choices. Ms Fiore seemed obsessed with money and status and used her body to help achieve those aims much the same way celebrities or athletes use their talent to achieve the same goals. It isn't about sexism it's about fulfilling their need for security and or love which Ms Fiore lacked. She grew up in a one parent household with an absent mother and so she desired the things in her past that she didn't get from those whom should have been there to deliver it. It happens to both genders whose emotional scars manifest themselves in different ways including addiction and lifestyle behaviors that aren't constructive. Women need to STOP BLAMING MEN for their inadequacies

There are several factors contributing to this situation. Why are there more men who hold these top earning jobs? Where would women receive the message that they should seek economic stability by dressing a certain way? Why don't women have the power to demand the same? There certainly are a lot of television shows and magazines, plus half of history, that sells this as a suggested life strategy
We have less women in our Congress/Government, than most countries, including Iran!

So are you implying that women in America aren't as capable as women in other countries are?

I went to School with her At the Ark Alternative Highschool for Junior and Senior years, she started her senior with us so she could play Beach volleyball with us on the coed team at school.

She left after the first semester. She was a natural athlete, with a big heart and lots of energy, one of the most beautiful souls I will ever know. We Miss you Jasmine!

The story as i read it was that Jasmine married him for 10 grand so that he could have green card to work in the US, on some stupid reality show,

But when she was seen at the beach with her ex the day he got out of Prison, this mess all started.

No good hearted human being deserves to be treated like this, and the coward hung himself before he was captured, he got off light. He deserved to be treated the way he treated her, piece by piece.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Virgo

Someone is easily angered today, and you'll want to tiptoe around them at every opportunity. They might be on the defensive and imagine that you're getting at them all the time, or they could be quick to point the finger of blame straight at you. It won't be an easy day, but try not to get swept up in the emotional dramas that are swirling around you. They'll only exhaust you.
