Bingo Players Beware

The Firemans Bingo in Portland cheats! A few months ago my wife and I decided to try this Bingo place out. We had been there 4 or 5 times and on the one particular evening I noticed something that wasn't quite right. The lady sitting next to my wife had won a couple top money prizes on the pull tab tickets. Odd thing was, she had not bought any tickets. I started paying attention and noticed one of the sellers would come over to her and act like she was looking at the lady's magazine and she would slide an opened ticket under her leg. Sure enough when the winning numbers were called off she won. I watched this happen one more time and decided I was busting these cheaters. My wife wouldn't let me make a scene like I wanted so I went to the seller and told her I knew what she was doing and if the lady won one more time I was raising hell about it. I got back to my seat and noticed the lady had two more sign up tickets in front of her. I said "must be nice to continually get sign up tickets and win without even buying any tickets". The seller come and got the lady and her sign up tickets and took her into an office. When the lady come back she didn't have the tickets.
I know people who run a Bingo hall and I told them what was going on and we figured out that the ticket sellers had to have been opening the seal on the board to find the winning number and then would open tickets until they found the winning ticket. So there had to be more than just one seller involved in cheating.
Then to find out at the end of the session, the lady next to us was a worker there also.
Being this was a few months ago I can't remember the ladies' names involved but I do know that the seller worked at the school in the kitchen. So if you play Bingo at the Fireman's Bingo in Portland, be warned, there's cheaters working/playing the pull tabs there.

Well we play all the time there and let me tell you it is not all the peoples fault. Cause you get a bad apple in the bunch don't make everybody bad. BINGO is gambling so if you don't win then bOOO HOOO somewhere else You don't need to run those people in the mud. I have been to several bingo halls and they all seem to have there ups and downs.

Not booo hooing. I actually won 1200 bucks that evening but I bought every ticket I won with. Ella kept giving the lady next to me opened signers. She had won close to 600 dollars and never bought a ticket. A cheat is a cheat and they were caught red handed. I just wish I would've made a scene so that everyone there that evening would've known what these two cheaters were up to.
