Tod has been starting fights since he was in grade school and some day needs his ass whipped when he finally meets someone badder and tougher!

It used to take a good butt whipping to stop the troublemakers. Unfortunately,people have changed and they don't settle disputes like the old days. Now you find the bullies face down in a parking lot and no one sees a thing. It's not if but when.

What you have said. It is "TRUE". America has been saturated with "Bullies". Every City Government has developed Psychlogical Profiles for hiring, Those to fit, "IT"S" Needs. Power & Control.

Those needs are the Building Department. The Police Department. The Courts. All demand the Use of well trained "BULLIES".

Our agreement is "Breached". For over a decade. The U.S. Constitution has been forgotten about by all in Authority. No longer are we innocent till proven Guilty. All are Guilty.

Belive this. There are People in America which still belive they are inncent ! When THEY discover differently it is always a SHOCK... Many change from Liberal to Radical. Some just move & pray.
