This company failed to show up to perform a residential repair. They did not call or notify me in any way. They did not apologize. When I called to find out why they had not done what they had promised, they did not apologize. They simply said they were too busy to help me and would come out only when they had an opening. I highly recommend against using this company. That is a terrible way to do business.
