Preliminary and bond hearings were set Thursday morning in Morgan County District Court for Edwin A. Rivera, 18, Fort Morgan, on charges in connection with a two-vehicle collision April 21 near Brush that killed an 88-year-old woman.

The ones just like Rivera and all the others who cannot obey the laws of the land, don't take an education to know what you should or should not do right......Once someone breaks the laws they become puppets in the system and become their dummies, its no ones fault but the ones who committ the crimes. Dont become their dummy, you hurt yourself and others that love you, plus keep their pocket books full !How they say dont do the crime if you cant do the time !
