baggy pants are one thing but when you have on a belt and still have to hold up the front because the back of your pants are below your cheeks that is getting a bit ridiculous. I bet if I was to walk into a store with my shirt around my neck exposing my bra I would be arrested for indecent exposure. Lack of intelligence maybe?
