Why are they making deals with any of them. It amounts to making a "deal with the devil"!!! None of them ever deserve to see the free light of day again!! they should all get the death penalty.

My daughter began telling me how much it costs to execute someone in the sate of Florida(she learned about it in her criminal justice class). The amount was outragous. I told her I could do it for about $12. A box of .12 gauge shells and my shotgun, I could solve the cost issue real quick!!

Your headline is a bit misleading. The young man in question hasn't been MISSING for a very long time. Sadly, his body was found.

You see, this is what is wrong with out society. You catch a coldblooded killer but yet you let him "plea" to a lesser crime and then bam, they're back out on the streets to kill again. Maybe if we either a) put these thugs away for the time that they deserve or b) just kill them, out society would not be so problematic.

the whole judicial system needs a complete overhaul...

Just friggin great, first the system fails the Barrios family by allowing these animals to continue to live wherever they friggin please and now when they kill an innocent boy they get plea deals???????
Now I know this is a messed up piece of crap state. Its no wonder hard working honest people cannot live here, all the criminals get first priority. I seriously think that the prosecutors in this case need to be removed and replaced and reviewed for competency. I am sorry if it were me prosecuting I would strike NO deals, they would face full out trials and I would see justice through to the end for Christopher and his family. The attorneys who are representing these animals know full well how guilty they are and yet strike deals with prosecutors , goes to show you just how far they will go for a quick buck and to get a case off the books to avoid a pile of paperwork. Am I angry? You bet I am! has the system failed the Barrios family? In the biggest way! |

and unfortunately it will continue to fail families because liberal, tree hugging hippies decided that these "poor souls" can be rehabilitated and let back in society..to do this! get this..there is a child rapist on another thread who is an ex offender..thats his name..who has custody of his kid! and he said touching a kid isnt rape..they are two different things..tell that to the kid!

I have had enough of all of this circus, Christopher and his family need justice and I have sent off a few emails to some very aggressive reporters that I dare these legal morons in this town to try and get to back down, lets begin pitting the pros on them and see how they answer to the rest of the country. Put those who are doing such an injustice to the Barrios family in the spotlight and lets see them dance.

this is what is wrong with the world today..there is no acountability for ones actions...these people molest, rape, rob, kill and still get chance after chance! if you commit one violent crime, it should be either the death penalty or life without parole..PERIOD... |
|
this is screwed up, slowly but surely letting them go one by one.
The system is so freakin messed up, oh let me get off this subject. |

WOW! this is unreal!

I'm a liberal tree hugging hippie and I am also a child advocate. Your generalization is off. I don't believe these "poor souls" can be rehabilitated, they are like wild dogs, once they get the taste of blood in their mouths they can not get it out of their systems, they will always be wanting more. They are sick, and the only help that can be offered to them is death and having to face our father Lord God to answer for what they have done. I think the justice system fails victims like Chris and his family not because they are democrats or republicans, but because there is no money in it....it doesn't pay to fight pedophiles in our society, no profit, no personal gain for the powers that be....sterotypically that is a Republican for ya! |
