Truly this is tragic, I am not convinced that a 3 yr old had enough strength to pull that trigger. Someting seems a wee bit strange here and someone is not telling the truth about what really happened.

Even if it turns out to be that the child pulled the trigger , what the hell was a gun doing in his reach?

Someone is lying and I bet this all has to do with a drug deal gone bad or a fight of some sort that erupted and the child is the easy scapegoat.

Wonder what shoot angle tests will show?
