He is a FUGITIVE and a sex offender, a sex offender is a sex offender PERIOD. statistics show that MOST sex offenders always repeat! Night as well get them off the street sooner rather than later. Perhaps if this were to happen more often a lot of our babies would still be here on earth. Christopher Barrios, Jessica Lunsford, Samantha Runnion, Sharrice Iverson, just to name a few...
