This is not Oz. It is the reality that is current day USA. No one is willing to demand that responsibility be allocated because it may just infringe our rights. If you think that any of the adults in that room are innocent then you are a b;oody idiot.

Im not buying the Darwan theory thing. I think its just God's way of giving this kid a future, by getting rid of the bad influences early in life. Nothing like humour to get the Chistmas spirit flowing.

They actually gave him the gun and told him to go practice shooting some cans while they crack it up for awhile. With the childs training he felt they meant Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, Africans....

I stay in Brunswick, and when they checked everyone for gun powder residue, the TODDLER was the only one with it. And that comment was very raciest that OP MAN made. Its not just rap music that has this world in the condition it's in. How many African American have you seen shoot schools up? Better yet, how many have you seen shoot malls up? Its the way parents raise there children. I will be 19 on Christmas day, and yet im so Independent. People have diffrent ways to express themselves, and his happen to be through music. Why judge someone for trying to express themselves? People judged President Bush, and we see he still one the election. Better yet, judge Bush for the war he started and cant get us out of.

Ok folks,
I live in Brunswick. The address listed for the shooting, 2400 block of Stonewall Street, is a predominantly black neighborhood and very near, if not in, a housing project. it is just a block or two down the street from the Glynn County School system's bus garage and the local adult education center. That should give you an idea of the setting.
As for whether a toddler could pull the trigger of a pistol, they can, depending on the pistol. Trigger pull is by no means standardized by the manufacturers and easily modified after market. The bullet hitting where it did is more likely just a tragic coincident. That is, if the evidence continues to support the weapon being in the toddler's hands when it went off. It just goes to show that one should always be mindful of safety where a loaded firearm is concerned, especially when children are around.

been there wrote: I don't buy this either. Unless the gun had no trigger pull whatsoever, I doubt a toddler could have pulled the trigger. Of all things to point it and pull it. Add to that the fact that thugs don't usually take care of their weapons and a five lbs trigger pull is more like 9 or 10 due to dirt and corrosion. But if he did shame on the adult for leaving a gun accessible to a 2 year old. Thankfully the child did not injure himself. But like I said, I don't think so. I wonder how much drugs they carried out of the house before rescue and the police showed up. did the police even test the childs hands for gunpowder residue or signs that he was the one who fired the gun? I am sorry this makes no sense at all, how can a 3 yr old aim and shoot a gun that obviously takes strength to pull the trigger and probably has some kick back once fired, that would of sent the child to the ground.
