He was DEAD! they did the best they could with what they had - get over it.
The people responsible for exhuming the body & coroner's examination should be charged with wasting taxpayers' money. We're in a world recession, and these investigations & prosecutions aren't cheap....nothing is going to bring this guy back to life or put him back together again so WHAT'S THE POINT?
Some people just seem to have too much time on their hands, & don't realize that government departments ar epaid for with tax dollars!
Grow up.

Are you serious? The least they could have done was notify the family of the problem. Imagine if that was one of parents and you got that phone call. That's wrong no matter how you look at it. Now that family deserves more respect than that. If it was my family member I would take them for everything they have. Their job is to respect the dead and now that will pay for their mistake.

I can't believe this person have the nerve to say get over it. How would you feel if someone cut your parents up and bury them this way? I personally know this family and my heart goes out to them right now bc I know this has open up an old wound. So if you have negative things to say I suggest you keep them to yourself bc you making yourself look real stupid.

Undertakers all seem to be dressed and made up by the same people that dress the corpse. And they talk to you like you're a mental patient. We should return to mummification.

Well, that is creepy too! To me anyhow....
I mean I don;t care what they do to me once I am gone, they can take my limbs if someone else can use them. I just don;t want my Mom to find out! ;)

Can you believe this undertaker sits on a school board in Allendale County...this was clearly and overwhelming case of lack of good judgement...I sure hope he never has to make a decision on my behalf....Perhaps when Gov. Sanford gets over his love hangover he will see fit to replace him with someone else...

I am from Fairfax, Allendale County and personally know the director of this funeral home. He made a mistake and he has paid for it. I say drop it cause the family was satisfied and the case is settled. So move on with your lives people.

Horrid. I could never settle on something so deplorable and disgusting. NO amount of money will give dignity back to this man's legacy.

you're a mighty cold women, LaPhlegm. you don't sound like the type of person who would have anyone caring whether or not that's done to you when you go, or even care that you've gone for that matter.

Why saw the legs off? The guy is dea, you just bend the legs backwards, breaking the knee ligaments. Then just fold the legs crosswise like he's sitting indian style.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Aquarius

Someone is being bombastic and overbearing, and you don't like it. You aren't prepared to take their behavior lying down, but standing up to them is likely to result in a rip-roaring row. Well, it seems that the row is almost inevitable, and perhaps that's just as well because it won't do you any good to swallow your anger or tolerate this person's boorishness for much longer.
