TOWN-HALL MEETING - Feb. 2

I'll be holding a Town Hall meeting on the current state of affairs in Brown County Government February 2, 2009, 6:30pm, Adams Street Community Center. I'll be talking about everything from the County Commissioner theft case in the Attorney General's office for prosecution to how to drink and drive in Brown County, get arrested for DWI yet make it disappear completely if one is willing to submit themselves to extortion. Let's not forget the issues related to NO independent audits by any outside CPA firm of the county's books for years... including missing $$$. Forged and phony documents... not a problem.

I'll show you how the current County Judge, Ray West, is directly tied into all of these issues and why it is time for change. Currently, there are four elected officials under investigation... 2 for criminal issues and 2 for judicial misconduct. Yes, West is one of them. I'll tell you for what at the Town Hall meeting. I'll leave no stone unturned.

I DO NOT recommend you do your own research. Ask to many questions... request financial documents out of the county attorney's office... lay the truth out for the entire community on Mr. West and others conduct... be fully prepared to be ARRESTED ON a bogus criminal charge.

Maybe this is more clear... "Ask too many questions, request too many public documents at the Courthouse..... be fully prepared to be ARRESTED on a bogus charge. I'll talk about that too."

Asking questions at the Town-hall meeting will not get one arrested... if that was what you might have been thinking. Come to the meeting and get all the details.

Joe, in the time it takes you to type a paragraph on topix, you could have finished an entire section of your site. It's called procrastination. Get off topix and get to work. Who wants a county judge that drags his feet?

Joe, I am going to try to make it to your town hall meeting, but I am curious who the other elected officials are under investiation? I know about SA, but who else? Is it SB?

CC... you'll have to come to the town-hall meeting to get the full details. I'll tell you who is under investigation and the why behind it.

I can tell you this... what you think you have in the way of leadership and what you actually have at the courthouse are 2 entirely different things.

I was not able to make it to meeting due to a prior engagement, but wanted to hear what you had to say. You definitely have sparked an interest. From another posting, is one of the persons referenced a person who used his elected position to make erroneous statements to possibly influence a jury in a felony case?

I have not heard anything about any of this. Also, for what it's worth, the prosecution against you looks like the exercise of political muscle, and the assigned prosecutor speaking extensively to the press supports my opinion.

You haven't MISSED anything. Town Hall meeting is Thursday Feb 4th 6:30 pm Adams Street Community Center... Brownwood!!!

My mistake. I thought the Meeting was on Tuesday. I see now that it will be Thursday. I intend on attending. If there is supporting truth behind what you have to say, I think everyone will find what you have to say very supportive. If not, there will be a devistating credibility issue. I have not heard about any investigation of elected officials, or some of the other issues that you have raised, which I find very interesting.

How was the meeting? Hate that I couldn't be there.
