Wow, Hall's lake. I have not seen it in 45 years. We used to come to Newbury every sommer to see my grandfather and would go to all's lake. What a great memory. Thanks

Nice pictures. Used to live in that area near South Ryegate. As a kids my family used to go there swimming. Really nice area. Someday hope to get back to that area to visit, have family buried in the Newbury area.

Hi. My sister has been at halls lake for about 7 years now and really loves it. I go there quit often to visit since I am only 2 hours from her. I also love Newbury a great place to relax and enjoy nature. We both have met some great and very friendly people in Newbury. |

Sorry Cindy...I don't know anyone by the name of Therese. I also don't know which side of the lake you are talking about either. We are on both sides of the lake as my family is on the Camp Farwell side and extended family owns the original home across the lake. Could it be the yellow house? Well, you can tell her my name and she would probably know some of us. P.S.- I don't live in Ottawa, Canada...it's weird that this site has that under my name. I live in MA.

Hi Laura,
I know what side of the lake your family is on. We just went to the lake yearly meeting the other night which was very interesting and meet a few new people. My sister just built the new home on the far side of the lake. It is up on the hill with all the stone work in the front of the house. It is on the side where the dam is. I have spent a lot of time up there this summer. How is Mass this time of year? busy? I live in Champlain New York and my info thing came up Moores which is not right. Not sure why it does that either. Camp is great. Take Care Cindy |
