He's Brilliant! Saw a need and is filling it! Best of luck to you, Ivan, but I don't think you need any!
Now if we could get some repair people- shoe repair, tailors, small appliances, stereos, etc., we'd have a real eco-friendly, economical edge. What we need in this town are practical services, not more MV-like stores with rents to match.

running a business out of a private apt. or house cooking business is this law not on the books.
