Am I the only one that has problems keeping cable TV and internet connections from New Wave working? I would like to talk to someone in charge of the New Wave service in the Lauderdale and Haywood area. Everytime I call with a problem with my service I stay on hold forever and still don't get to talk to someone with authority. Does anyone have this info? Phone number or e-mail address?

Hi Randy,
It looks like noone responded to your blog. I just wanted to let you know that we have had similar service problems with them. We live in Ripley and only have Cable TV thru them. Did you get your issues resolved and are you still using them. Thanks, Ed Thomas |
