I knew it was only a matter of time before Marlon got Mrs Bond back. She is no longer at the high school. But she now has some job working at the Board. How can you fire someone from prinicpal and then hire them at the board. What she she doing at the Board?

She was not fired from being a principal.... She resigned! And yes she is working for the board. She is one of the most genuine people and educators around here! What was said about her was horrific! I loved how the parent who started it... Their child was not even at school that day! The media LOVED to take facts and twist them around.... So unless you were there, then let it go!!!! But the media that gathered ratings from slandering her FAILED to report that the students had a TWO day sit down where they refused to go to class and sat in the halls in protest of what was being said and her leaving! Now if she was such a "bad" person why would she have the respect of her whole student body????? Marlon is a smart man for keepin her around!

It was not the whole student body, looks like the media isn't the only one that twists things around, you should get your facts straight too.

I was part of that student body and I did not sit out in the hallway. I was not there when she said the supposed things she did but I also was not going to protest her leaving. It isn't my problem she POSSIBLY said one wrong thing or said something that got twisted around. I am not going to miss my classes to protest. I'm more responsible than that.

Oh, and most of those students that protested talked really bad stuff behind her back. Most of them just followed the crowd, as is expected of most naive people.

The location represents what particular server their ip address comes from. For instance, Verizon wireless generally originates from Texas.

I AM from Brownsville. I don't know about the location thing but before you go being a smart ass, learn where the person is from than going by what server I am using. Why would I be up in Haywood's business if I was from Texas? And epescially attending Haywood High? It's called reading and being smart. Thank you.

There has to have been some truth to what was said or there would never have been such a big deal made out of it. Personally I wasn't there, but I did go to school when Ms. Bond was there and honestly did not care for her to much. But with that said I did not know her well other than her picking out certain kids and disciplining them while letting other who did the same thing go with a slap on the wrist or a turn of the head. She was not the only one who done this there are plenty of teachers and other educational figures that treat other students better than some. But that goes on everywhere, in work places and actual life, so why should school be different?*sarcastic roll of eyes there*

Ms. Bond didn't do anything wrong. She was speaking on her Christian beliefs and stands by them. She should be respected for that. If more of our society would stand up for what they believe, not just roll-over because it suits the situation at hand or because society is changing, then the US would be a better place to live. The BIBLE doesn't change people......wrong is still wrong in the eyes of GOD! The BIBLE says that Christians will be persecuted for their stand with GOD and it takes a courageous person to take that stand! May GOD Bless You Ms. Bond!

LMAO, what relation are you to her? I don't give a shit what anyones beliefs are, you do not let them show when you are in a job like that. education comes first in school, Its funny how man can speak for God and all that spews from their mouth is hatred for others. Good Luck on that!

I totally agree that education comes first in school. But if parents, grandparents or whoever is raising these kids don't teach them values at home then unfortunately that responsibility falls on the teacher and other school officials. I must have missed something because I don't understand how you got that I hate others. I don't need luck....I place my faith in GOD!

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Capricorn

If you're feeling lonely and vulnerable, it seems as though someone is out to get you. Perhaps you're separated from the people you love and you don't like it. Try not to mope for too long, because there are important things that need your attention. Speaking of which, if you need to do something that you're dreading, you'll feel much better if you can get it out of the way quickly. If you leave it, the very thought of it will drain your energy.
