I went to school with this sicko and my kids go to the Denbo school, I guess that just proves you never know someone. He used to live my family and always had kids at his house no matter the concern noone seemed to care that we thought it was odd he had so many kids at his house when he had none of his own.

It looks like the school district did not do a good job when hiring. They can not only depend on a simple background investigation, trust me those does not show much information. They need to make sure when they hire somebody that they do more. I am a parent and I have a child in the Pemberton Township. I hope this invidual gets what he deserves or more and I pray that those kids that he hurt can be given the necessary assistance.

knowing the school district on a businees level for a few years i am sure all are shocked by this horribile news. the school immediatly responded to the issue and did not even attempt to sweep this under the carpet. One bad apple does not spoil the bunch. The employees of Pemberton township are extremly honest and ethical. Its a shame that this happened - but it did not happen in the school of employment.

i'd have to say that the school did their job in investigating this guy. having no prior record, how is the school to know what nasty little things were going on inside this guys head? the only blame falls on mr. james and his sick perversions and his inability to control them. and, in response to the one who said he doesnt have kids, i believe he does. two of them i think. i'm not sure about that, but i'm positive he has kids. which it must be hard on. not that they are not traumatized, but the children he did this to at the very least have their anonymity. Mr. James's children don't have that. i'm sure some of the people who know them know he's their dad, and kids can be cruel. Mr. James will rot in hell not only for what he did to those children, but for what he did to his own kids

If the school district is to blame because the background check(finger prints) wasn't enough, what else should they have done? It's always easier to put the blame on somebody else.I also heard that Mr.Dilbeck had a bad childhood, and I'm sorry for any child that has to go through that. However, knowing how much pain he went through should have made him aware of what kind of pain he was going to put these kids through.Instaed of acting on his impulses,he should have seeked help.He is the only one to blame!

i completely agree one hundred percent! i do not think the school is to blame. if he has no prior record how is the school supposed to know what is going on in his twisted little mind! i, too, know some of said victims and i see what it does to them. and i stand corrected on the fact that he has kids. apparently he does not. however psycho man's myspace page's headline reads "i love my children forever and for always" and also lists him as a proud parent. in addition the other day one of his friends left him a comment saying that she knows he is going through a bunch of bullsh** and that she is here for him. that just sickens me. she's there for him??? what about those kids?????? ugh, of course she is his friend, why would she believe innocent children. www.myspace.com/jamiedilbeck

Would this need to be discussed if the schools were outfitted with School Cams as a Second Presence in every situation? Protect the innocent children/teachers/all. talk to your representatives about thorough coverage of every school situation with cameras. TALK to somebody! If you don't do it, who will?

James Dilbeck has not been found guilty and you all have assumed guilt due to newspapers and rumors. How sick is that? You will never know what he is going through until you have walked a mile in his shoes. The next time someone calls you outside of your name in anger, remember him... Yes, we all have the right of equal defense. Will you get your chance when you're being blamed for something? Who will stand by your side when you say you didn't do anything wrong? Your friends, family, strangers? There are hundreds of people who believe he is a good man and didn't harm anyone, but tried to help others constantly. He will never have a normal life if he is not given the consideration you would want for yourself. Don't believe everything you read or hear. Put you hatred and fear away and look in the mirror at your non-perfect self for a moment. Do you feel good expressing negativity? Who are you really angry at? Live and let live.

To MAM from BM:

I understand your frustration and I'm sure no one wants to see an innocent person accused of such a terrible crime. But I do have some questions. Did this case actually go to trial or was there a plea bargain? What were the actual charges? Did the alleged victims testify? Was he ever previously accused / charged / convicted of a similar act in the past? I only ask because, aside from having children attending Stackhouse, I am close to someone whose child was molested last year. The creep confessed and STILL his charges were plead down to endangering the welfare of a minor. He will not go to jail. He will receive counseling. If Mr. Dilbeck is truely innocent, I am so sorry he and his family endured this nightmare, but unfortunately, in our world today, too many of these creeps slip through the cracks. We have no idea about their true past becuase the court system plea bargains and sets them free, having learned from their past mistakes, how to prevent detection in the future.

AS of last week all but one charge has been dropped not due to plea bargain but due to lack of evidence and one of the children recanting story saying it was his own brother that molested him. They just used James as a scapegoat. The last charge will hopefully be dismissed with next weeks court hearing and James and his entire family can get back to living a somewhat normal life.

You all think that he is a bad person but you just dont know becuase you think that this is so becaues you see it in the news . like some one said the you need to walk in a nother shoes to understand what a person is thinking.
these kids have a bad back around but know one checks their back ground because they are kids but if you did you will find something that you dind't
expect at all. when a child re calls a secen he or she and say it rite the frist time but when ask seveal times over and over they forget the lie they told the frist time.
thats how you know that they are lieing.
you know james like you think you do becase you read it here or somewhere else.
he is a very kind person and loves kids and people it very unfurnit that this came to call. but it was jeliouses that cause this one child to a nother becuase one was getting more then the other.. well now this case came now he will never bealbe to live when he comes home . he will need more help then you think. he never wanted nothing for him self just for the childern he took care of.
he did so much for the one child that emproofed in school and his life.now the man who really did care for that child is now in troulb for something he didn't do.these people that are the jury have to judge him on what they hear not what they see or know of him.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Aries

Don't get embroiled in a bad-tempered skirmish today, for it might turn into more than that if you aren't careful. Everyone seems to be ratty and argumentative, but once you let the first spat take place it's effectively declaring open season. Even though things seem out-of-joint, keep your lines of communication open.
