What if this truly was an accident. The boy (Jason’s)best friend was with him they had drunk a bunch and was walking, passed out in the road. The best friend gives no story other than the accident one. Why would he lie for all these years and the supposed killers are dead but one. I understand a family thinks it was intentional and can see why, but if not and was an accident all those involved in this story what about their lives and the blame put on them. All these people suppose to be involved but not one ever breaking and telling that is just almost hard to believe. I am sorry to say this. I know the family so believes he was murdered but a lot of years and no slip of the tongue to a girlfriend, husband, wife any one just don't see it. I remember those days we would drink our butts off and walk right down 52 on the center line you would only see one or two cars a night on
that road and the back roads you might not see any.
That is a FABRICATED STORY from THE KILLERS!!!
So your take is that all of Jason's wounds and such would and could only come from a Car Running Over HIM? Please!

Anyone with children or any loved ones for that matter should be appalled at how this case has been handled. It is truly sad that this has gone on so long without true justice for this for young man and his family. Law enforcement has a moral and legal obligation to see this case through and it disheartening that they have swept it under the rug. My thoughts and prayers go out to his true friends and family and I will do my part in spreading the word...with some strong community pressure maybe law enforcement will do what is right and really investigate this crime. God bless.
