Baby Killed In Crash

Don't blame the tires. It was a terrible accident and a mother lost her precious baby. The person that hit them needs to make amends as much as possible. Money cannot replace the baby but the mom is suffering ....
It is a bad road but to throw a baby 25 ft., the truck had to hit her hard..

And it don't matter how good of a person the woman was driving the truck..personalities don't matter. she should pay!!

There is too many questions unanswered. Such aswas somebody talking on the phone and not paying attention to the road, how fast was both vehicles going, who went left of center, for a vehicle to be cut in half the car had to be hit in the side so why didn't the truck stop or atleast slow down, who had the right of way, what about signage warning of the area, safe speed for wet conditions, so until we know these answers we should not judge just one person. I have been t-boned before by a pillar of the community that was speeding and drunk so being a nice person has nothing to do with it. By the way since the pillar was a friend of the cops the wreck was considered my fault so my insurance could replace his cadilac.

My heart aches for the family. I love you guys.

Why is we live in a world that unites as one, and supports people they don't even know if a death involves a soldier killed, not even in the line of duty? But when an innocent child is killed tragically, we want to point fingers or know who is to blame so they can "pay for it"! Sould we not consider all parties involved are already "paying" for it, and unite to support them as well???!!!!!!! Who are we to judge???

who is to blame, does'nt the bible say that everything happens for a reason. no this might not be the answer,why was a innocent child taken from its loved ones no one has that answer. my heart goes out to everyone that loved her. one of my best friends knew her like her own and spent as much time with her as her own mother did and loved her dearly. please pray for everyone, alot of hearts have been broken , no one should be judged in a time of in a time of sorrow!!!

When a life is lost we need to look to each other as a community and do what we can for all parties involved. A life lost whether young or old is hard to face. No blame should ever be spoken only kind words and good memories. Life is precious and we don't realize it till a tragedy occurs. My heart goes out to all involved, to everyone that little precious gift from god touched with her smile and her laughter. To her mother as she faces her darkest days. To the other driver going through the memories of what happened that awful day. "Life offers second chances. It offers courage and strength and humor to cope with the inevitable negatives." Franklin County Toddler Killed in Road Accident
A toddler was killed after a traffic accident in Franklin County Friday afternoon.

The sheriff's office says the mother Deanna Foster of Cedar Grove, lost control of her car on State Route 252, west of Sleepy Hollow Road and went left of center. Her 18 month old daughter, Jaiden Griffin, was ejected from the force of the crash and died at the scene.

Another driver, Diane Schindler, also of Cedar Grove, tried to avoid a collision but could not.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow for Jaiden Griffin at the Cook Funeral home. Click on obituraries at wrbiradio.com for more details.

So far, no charges have been filed.

The Mother was at falt here not the other driver,
The car seat was not hooked up and what about the tox reports. This child should not have died!
The car the mother was driving was not fit for the road, it was involved in a wreak 2 weeks ago on 121 south of Connersville when she hit a car in the rear this mother has no DL or insurance so why was she let go 2 weeks ago on 121.

Pam. The woman who was driving the truck was not at fault. She was not the one who crossed the line the mother of this child is the one who lost control
of her car and caused the accident which caused her to loose her child. I'm sure the truck did hit the car hard when the car came over in her lane the driver in the truck I'm sure feels very bad about this. NOT HER FAULT and should not have to make amends to anyone. The irresponsible mother should be doing this making amends to her dead child.

Mother has wreck only two weeks prior to Fatality of her own child's death!
She plowed into the rear end of a car, at an existing accident scene, unable to stop her car in time. Mother had no valid DL, or valid Ins. but was driving the same car, with bald tires and possible bad breaks. She should have went to jail for no License and insurance. The Police officer surely saw the tires on that unsafe vehicle and should have ticketed her at the very least. Why was she allowed to drive away from that car accident back onto the streets in that car?
Did the Police fail baby Jaiden that time?
The Mother's Car Mechanic, Jimmy Griffin, who was also the BABY'S grandfather, knew that the car she was driving was very unsafe for the roads.
Bald Tires, breaks? and duct tape across the steering wheel from the first wreck when the air bag deployed. Did Baby Jaiden's grandfather, Fail Baby Jaiden then?
Mother and Father of baby Jaiden, were both arrested prior to first car wreck for illegal drugs. Did they fail baby Jaiden then?
Father was incarcerated serving his time for the crime he committed. Mother served one day in jail for her crime she committed. Did the state of Indiana, sentence her to any kind of drug rehabilitation? Did the State of Indiana Fail Baby Jaiden then?

Baby Jaiden's entire family knew about this car being in terrible unsafe condition, some more than others. Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents, friends and neighbors saw this car and it's condition, and they all knew about this mothers life style habits of impairment from drugs. Did these people Fail Baby Jaiden then?

State of Indiana Toxicology Report, reinactment of the wreck, investigation into determining if this mother even bothered to buckel this child's car seat into the car at all or not, are all still unanswered questions on everyones minds. How long does it take for these investigations to come to a close? Are those responsible for this determination going to fail baby Jaiden one last time? Nothing will bring baby Jaiden back to us.
Stop blaming the driver of the other vehicle/Truck. As she is the only other innocent victim here, who will live with this accident taking a child's life the rest of her life. But it was NOT her fault!

Authorities, Family, friends, and the community can allow this Fatal Accident to be swept under the rug one more time, after all nothing will bring baby Jaiden back. What about all the other children riding in cars with their parents, if this mother is allowed back onto the streets to drive again, impaired! It could be you, your spouse, your child, your family member next time.
It is rumored, that this mother is expecting/with child again today. If this is True, is not some type of intervention warranted now? Young Parents on drugs raising babies is a deadly cocktail. It may be too late for anyone to stand up for the God Given Right To Life for Baby Jaiden being taken away, prematurely, from others neglect! and simply not stepping up to the plate to fix a known unsafe enviroment for baby Jaiden.
When you watch the videos below: and witness just the tires on this car alone, ask yourself what a small price someone could have paid to possibly prevent this accident. Only the mother could have prevented the accident from impairment.

I hate that this happen to this precious little girl because her mother is a drug abusing whore. I know her personally and she is always using drugs and out of her mind. A week after her daughter's death, the mother was out riding around trying to get pills off of people and did not show any remorse. She was laughing and caring on liking nothing had ever happened. I do not understand why she was not punished for what had happened and anyone who says this was an accident and that she was not on drugs, is lying to themselves. This woman needs to be locked up and that's all their is to it.

ok i also kno deann first hand and yes it was her fault she was high on drugs and the baby was not strapped in and she was speeding in the rain to get to her drugs cuz the guy she was getin em off of was leavin so she was in a hurry but jaiden was the most preciouse baby ever and its sad for a baby girls life to end like that :( i also feel bad for deann for loosin her baby that has to be so rough but u would think she would change rom it and she didnt she only got worse and wants another baby to take jaidens place ! thats wrong
