NYC McDonald's Cashier's Brutal Beating Caught On Video

the man did what needed to be done. kudos. now the legal eagles are going to say that he had no right to continue attacking them after they were no longer a threat.

i would argue that the worker cracked her skull very early on and the shots where the perps are blocked by the counter are body blows to make sure they do not get up and continue attacking him. it is important to remember that one "perp" had a broken skull while the other only had a cut and bruises. if the worker was intent on seriously injuring both, he surely could have.

judges get your head out of the clouds this man should not be in jail not spending i day. Its sad to see but these young women asked for that situation if only people would mine there damn business this world would be a better place.

Yeah i just saw the video and i agree they had it coming. I think it wouldn't have been such a big issue if the cashier would have stopped when they were down though, but he was clearly prevoked. The most brutal part of that video was having to hear that lady yelling "stop", it was like chalk on a black board.

It's always priceless to see the predator turned into prey. I wonder at what point did her aggression turn in to fear, confusion and regret.

Clearly, that woman escalated the problem by bringing more yelling and screaming, egging on all the game's contestants.
She needs to learn how to control herself.

The cashier sure knew how to handle defensive weaponry and seems to be a quick learner in the application of that weaponry. I commend McDonald's for providing defensive means like that. And it's even better when they are stored away from the counter, like this one was.

It just accured to me that this is just like one of Dave Chapelle's "When Keep'n it real goes wrong" skits.

No charges are to be filed, yet the man did spend more time in jail for this incident.
Remember to also sue the two POS's that started the whole thing. Those two should spend some time in jail for their actions, broken skull or not.
