So the "victim" exited his vehicle. Sounds like the "victim" should be charged with something and the "suspect" should get off on self-defense.

I agree totally, why should he be charged for protecting himself?

just like everyone praising the cop for shooting 29yo male in broken arrow, the police officer felt his life or other was in danger right. One protecting one's self is one protecting one's self no matter what the circumstance is.

Protecting himself from what? A man who came up to talk to him? You folks better make sure you want this kind of rediculous justification going unchecked. What happened to driving away from an incindent and taking a moment to evaluate? What about your kids crossing the street with this kind of idiot behind the wheel? What was he doing with a knife in his lap? I am amazed at the justification mentality...EQUAL AND OPPOSITE FORCE not bust a cap or shank a dude cause I heard it on the radio and by golly nobody's gonna front me ! Next time maybe this guy or one who thinks like you decides that since you won't come up to his car he's comin back to yours and then what/ Exchange gunfire and the kid in the car next to you ends up dead? This is not a joke nor should it be takin lightly and by the way unless you want to put on a badge and sacrifice your own life for someone else's safety then just say thank you to the men and women keeping your kids safe and go on your way.

Mr Charles Hurley was driving like a drunk SOB and almost ran the other person off the road more than once. Yes I was there and have talked to the PD about it. He even smiled at the other driver when he stabbed him, then smiled at the drivers son who saw him being stabbed. Was not self defense at all.

I saw it all too. I was behind the guy that got out of his car so CH passed me as well. I had my signal on. The guy that cut into CH's lane did not. CH was almost ran out of his lane but moved over and continued on while being shown the bird. Once we caught up to CH at the light, the guy jumped out and ran up to CH's window. CH did not even reach out until the guy reached in his vehicle. This all happened as the other passenger was running up to his window as well. From my point of view, it was definitely self defense. Heck, I was scared just being behind them. I couldn't imagine how CH was feeling with the guy at his window and another one running up. CH and the others in the lane he was in were traveling faster than our lane but I didn't see CH driving like a drunk or aggressively. I have considered talking to police but really don't want to get involved with anything to do with the BAPD. This is why I am following this closely.

Daily Horoscope for December 28

Pisces

This is another good day to be tactful, and if anything you'll be even more successful than you were yesterday. This is not to be sneezed at, so seize the opportunity to talk to people who can sometimes be very touchy or who need to be handled with kid gloves. If you meet someone who's older or more influential than you, you'll be a big hit with them.
